Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management with a track record of supporting revenue growth • Prior experience in airline distribution (OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline), with exposure to or experience in the LATAM market preferred • Familiarity with commercial, cultural, and regulatory dynamics of the LATAM travel ecosystem • A positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude • Ability to prepare and deliver clear, data-driven presentations • A collaborative, team-first mindset • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills • A detail-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving • Passion for travel, technology, and digital commerce • Foundational value-selling skills and commercial acumen • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Portuguese
Responsibilities
• Support the management of a portfolio of airline accounts, contributing to growth strategies and execution plans • Track partner performance, analyze results, and help identify risks and growth opportunities • Build a strong understanding of partner business objectives and assist in developing initiatives aligned with their strategy • Identify opportunities to improve commercial relationships and collaborate with internal teams to address them • Help organize and participate in quarterly business reviews with airline partners • Partner with finance teams to support forecasting and revenue tracking for airline partnerships • Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives and insertion orders (I/Os) with airline partners in support of growth goals • Support contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with senior team members • Act as a liaison between airline partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution and a strong traveler experience • Develop a working knowledge of the global travel market, with a focus on airline industry dynamics.
