Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or channel leadership within the enterprise software industry. • Deep direct experience working with KPMG and/or other global GSI’s like IBM, Deloitte, Accenture, EY and PwC for global technology vendors building global GTMs, and achieving sales targets. • Cybersecurity and identity management experience strongly preferred. • Proven track record of developing partner ecosystems and delivering revenue growth through partnerships. • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders across partner organizations. • Demonstrated success in building and executing partner programs. • Excellent communication and relationship management skills. • Collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Build and manage strategic relationships with KPMG to drive joint sales opportunities, solution adoption, and long-term growth. • Develop strategic engagement plans for KPMG including executive relationship mapping, value prop development, global GTM plans and execute together with global teams. • Collaborate with global field sales teams to support opportunity reviews, pipeline creation, and deal execution. • Works with international teams to ensure clean booking of orders across all GEO’s, manages and maintains executive procurement and GTM relationships • Meet or exceed quarterly targets for partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities. • Lead joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling campaigns, and solution accelerators with KPMG. • Track partner performance and pipeline in Saviynt’s systems, providing visibility and accountability. • Represent Saviynt in executive-level discussions with KPMG leadership globally. • Collaborate with Saviynt’s marketing, customer success, and global partner teams to drive joint success. • Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter • Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): • > Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy • > Incident Response Policy/Procedures • > Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures • > Mobile Device Policy • > Account Management Policy • > Access Control Policy • > Personnel Security Policy • > Privacy Policy • Saviynt is an amazing place to work.
