Responsibilities

• Overseeing sortation operations during your shift to ensure targets are met • Supporting with recruitment, onboarding, and training of site operatives • Leading, motivating, and coaching your team to high performance • Ensuring health & safety standards are upheld and continuously improved • Identifying and acting on opportunities to drive efficiency and service quality • Collaborating with stakeholders to support the wider success of the site • Previous experience in a fast-paced operational or warehouse environment • A proactive leader with strong communication and team-building skills • Able to think on your feet, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure • Comfortable using data to track performance and make improvements • A hands-on, positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves • Fast and Focused Hiring Process • 1.
