Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
4+ years experience in hands-on software development of highly technical products or developer relations roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a desire to apply them in hands-on training sessions.
Desire, excitement, and enthusiasm for building an in-person, global community around developing AI Agents.
Strong technical skills and familiarity with modern software development — especially developer tooling, SDKs, and APIs.
Demonstrated experience in designing and executing technical training, certification, or community initiatives.

To develop strategies for engaging with developers to promote Sierra's products and services.
To facilitate communication between the development team at Sierra and its developer partners through various channels such as email, phone calls, video conferences, etc.
To organize meetings or events that bring together members of the community (e.g., webinars, workshops) to discuss relevant topics in technology.
To provide feedback on products from a user's perspective and communicate this back to Sierra for potential improvements.
To maintain an active presence within developer communities through social media platforms like LinkedIn or Twitter by sharing content related to Sierra’s offerings.
To assist with the recruitment of new developers, potentially using tools such as Metaview during interviews if approved.
