Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage engineers; junior, mid-level, and senior. • Champion engineering best practices, including code reviews, test development, and automated deployment processes. • Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team through coaching and career development. • Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Oversee the full development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance. • Establish and monitor key engineering KPIs, focusing on flow metrics such as lead time, cycle time, and throughput to ensure predictability and efficiency. • lead time, cycle time, and throughput • Drive continuous improvement in data engineering processes, tools, and methodologies. • Manage technical debt and ensure the long-term health and scalability of our complex codebase. • Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and technical excellence within the team. • Provide regular reporting on team performance and project status to executive leadership.
