Requirements
• 5+ years in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, or a related discipline. • Strong experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar. • Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM data structures and B2B marketing funnel metrics. • Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure, or similar. • Strong SQL and data modeling skills with experience connecting data across multiple business systems. • Experience with attribution, pipeline reporting, campaign measurement, and Marketing ROI. • Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into clear executive insights. • Experience with AI tools, agentic workflows, or AI-driven analytics, including Claude, ChatGPT, Snowflake Cortex, Cursor, or similar. • Familiarity with MCP, APIs, semantic models, structured prompting, JSON, or context engineering. • Experience with dbt, Python, R, or similar analytics technologies. • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology. • You’re the Type of Person Who • Thinks in data models and business decisions, not just dashboards. • Connects systems, metrics, and insights across the funnel. • Turns complex analysis into clear, actionable narratives. • Cares about trusted data, governance, and consistent definitions. • Understands how AI can make analytics faster, smarter, and more accessible.
