Requirements

• A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable technical field. • Foundational knowledge of Golang or C# or experience with other strongly typed languages such as Java or C++ • Familiarity with databases like Postgres • Familiarity with cloud native tech like, GCP/K8s,AWS • Previous experience in a similar internship or placement year within financial markets and an understanding of a portfolio, execution, or order management system an advantage • A genuine curiosity regarding the digital assets sector and institutional financial markets and an interest in portfolio, execution or order management systems. • Passionate about software engineering and about delivering a quality product • Collaborative spirit with an enthusiasm for taking ownership of tasks and professional development. • Collaborative, enthusiastic, and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include: • Iterate and refine PMS using Golang. • Collaborate with Quant/Product/Engineering teams on trading solutions and architectures. • Participate in architecture, implementation & QA of new features. • Monitor live systems and troubleshoot issues. • Translate product strategy into technical solutions. • Use AI tools like Claude to improve code. • Knowledge of Golang/C# or similar (Java/C++). • Familiar with Postgres and cloud (GCP/K8s/AWS). • Passion for engineering and quality work. • Strong communication & collaboration. • Competitive salary. • Medical/dental coverage. • Generous PTO + holidays. • Parental leave.
