Responsibilities

• Translates business requirements and user feedback into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes • Contributes to and maintains the global design system to ensure visual and functional standards • Conducts and supports user research and usability testing while synthesizing findings for design improvements • Analyzes user data and identifiable factors using professional judgment to solve design challenges • Presents design concepts and prototypes effectively to product teams and stakeholders • Collaborates daily with Engineering and Product Management to ensure technical feasibility • Applies accessibility and inclusive design standards across all customer segments • Manages individual project timelines and priorities independently for routine tasks
