Requirements
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to deliver production-ready assets. • Mastery of different types of asset creation is a must for this role: • Bitmap assets (images, illustrations, icons) • Vector assets (icons, logos, scalable UI elements) • Hi-fi interactive prototypes • Store assets (app screenshots & videos) • Lottie animations (for micro-interactions) • Problem-solving and product focus: • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges. • Eye for detail and a product-first mindset, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. • Self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects. • Good level of spoken and written English. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing. • Pluses that are needed occasionally: • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • CEO / Product Team Interview – Deep dive into your product thinking, experience, and fit with the team. • Technical Case – Practical exercise to assess your design, product, analytical, and strategic capabilities. • Final Interview – Final conversation to ensure alignment on expectations, culture, and role fit. • You should Know: • Labhouse is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
