Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop international security systems operations: Manage and support the daily tasks, training, and ongoing professional readiness of the Physical Security Systems technicians, ensuring highly reliable 24x7 operations across all international regions. • Lead and develop international security systems operations: • Ensure physical security systems integrity: Oversee the operational health of our global Access Control (e.g., CCURE) and IP camera systems, performing basic programming, running recurring access alarm and PM reports, and providing expert system support to field teams and regional Office Managers. • Ensure physical security systems integrity: • Drive policy, procedure, and compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for physical security systems, conduct audits to ensure adherence, and recommend improvements to global security processes. • Drive policy, procedure, and compliance: • Manage incident response and reporting: Facilitate the reporting and triaging of security and safety incidents, monitoring global threats, and communicating detailed security system issues and activity briefings to senior leadership and management. • Manage incident response and reporting: • Strategic systems collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments (such as REWSS and IT) on physical security-related projects and initiatives, ensuring security vendor service agreements and appropriate staffing levels are maintained. • Strategic systems collaboration:
