Responsibilities
• 📊 Trade a wide range of instruments in digital markets • 🧠 Develop and improve algorithmic trading strategies • ⚙️ Build internal tools and automation systems • 📉 Manage risk and portfolio execution • 🤝 Collaborate closely with developers and research teams • You’ll work in a highly analytical, competitive environment with direct exposure to P&L impact. • ✅ WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Graduated 2022–2024 (STEM preferred) • Strong mental arithmetic and analytical reasoning • 1–3 years coding experience (at least 1 year professional) • Solid understanding of algorithms & data structures • Fluent English • Open to relocation to Dubai • Trading experience is not required — strong learning ability and interest in quantitative markets matter more.
