Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategy and business operations at a high-growth startup. • Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives from strategic planning through implementation. • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to translate market analysis into executable growth opportunities. • Experience developing strategic recommendations, business cases, proposals, or commercial plans. • Ability to navigate complex stakeholders across technical, commercial, and operational functions. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including synthesizing complex information into compelling proposals and executive materials. • High ownership, exceptional organization, and a bias toward action. • Interest in defense, industrial technology, advanced manufacturing, or government markets is a plus. • 04 EXPORT CONTROL COMPLIANCE • This role involves access to data and systems subject to U.S. export control regulations, including ITAR. Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, or a protected individual as defined under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3).

• This role is remote but will require some travel (40%–60%).
