Requirements

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise accounts across the UK&I, driving net revenue retention and expansion ARR • Build strong, multi-threaded relationships with technical, commercial, and C-level stakeholders • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business objectives and map Vonage's CPaaS solutions, including SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Messaging, Voice, Video, Verify, and network powered solutions to their needs • Lead commercial conversations including renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and contract negotiations • Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and value realisation • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce, and provide regular reporting to leadership • Represent Vonage at customer meetings, industry events, and roundtables across the UK&I

You'll own a portfolio of existing accounts, building deep relationships and identifying opportunities to expand Vonage's CPaaS footprint from Communications and Messaging APIs to Network Powered Solutions such as silent authentication and anti-fraud API’s. • Account Manager • This is a growth role.
