Requirements

• Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role. • Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA/Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture. • SnowPro Core (required within 60 days of hire). • Fluent in French (regional requirements) • Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. Responsibilities

• Project Governance: Maintain project documentation and track task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia. • Work Structures: Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associate effort and resource naming to specific tasks. • Meeting Leadership: Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up. • Conflict Management: Navigate internal resource conflicts effectively to keep projects on track. • Success Metrics: Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target and achieve CSAT scores greater than 4.0.
