Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Design, HCI, or UX-related fields; overseas study experience preferred. • 3–5 years of UI/UX design or user research experience with end-to-end project involvement. • Excellent bilingual communication skills (Chinese & English), able to distill complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations. • Proficient in Figma, AI, and mainstream research & analytics tools. • Strong product thinking and interaction design mindset; able to understand business context and independently produce design solutions. • Passion for or experience in financial trading, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 preferred. • Experience in growth design or AI-related design is a plus. • Research or design experience with Crypto/trading products • Portfolio demonstrating how research insights drove design outcomes • Why Join UsAt Bybit, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment. • Product Design: Lead UX/UI design for Crypto trading products across Web and mobile platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery. • Product Design • User Research: Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to uncover user behaviors and needs. • User Research • Insight-Driven Decision Making: Translate research findings into actionable design solutions and product recommendations that shape product direction. • Insight-Driven Decision Making • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to balance business objectives with user experience goals. • Cross-Functional Collaboration
