Responsibilities
• As a Senior Product Designer at Plasma One, you will be responsible for defining how design operates within the team and product direction. This includes decision making processes, work review methods, maintaining quality under speed demands, and ensuring system coherence as the product scales up. You are expected to think in systems, understand real constraints, and advocate for clarity where ambiguity can be costly. • As a member of Plasma One's design team, you will step into a role with immediate ownership across all aspects of the surface area from core money movement flows to foundational design systems as part of your responsibilities. You are expected to work in close partnership with engineering teams and contribute significantly to defining how users trust Plasma for their financial needs through thoughtful product direction, technical tradeoffs consideration, and user experience focuses that reflect the fast-paced nature of stablecoin payments within a seamless mobile app environment. • You will be responsible for helping define design operations at Plasma One as part of your role in shaping how decisions are made regarding product direction, technical tradeoffs, and user trust through thoughtful integration with the core money movement flows to foundational systems across all aspects of a seamless mobile app experience. • As an integral member of the small but senior design team at Plasma One, you will be responsible for stepping into your role as second designer immediately upon joining, taking on real ownership from day one and contributing significantly towards defining how decisions are made regarding product direction, technical tradeoffs consideration, user experience focuses that reflect fast-paced nature of stablecoin payments within a seamless mobile app environment. • You will be responsible for helping define design operations at Plasma One as part of your role in shaping the decision making processes related to core money movement flows and foundational systems across all aspects of user experience, with an emphasis on maintaining quality under speed demands while ensuring system coherence during product scaling. • As a Senior Product Designer for Plasma's flagship consumer fintech product - Neo-bank that bridges traditional banking into crypto experiences – you will be responsible for defining how design operates within the team and overall direction of the project, including decision making processes related to core money movement flows and foundational systems across all aspects of user experience. • As a Senior Product Designer at Plasma One's flagship consumer fintech product - Neo-bank that bridges traditional banking into crypto experiences – you will be responsible for defining how design operates within the team, including decision making processes related to core money movement flows and foundational systems across all aspects of user experience. • As a Senior Product Designer at Plasma One's flagship consumer fintech product - Neo-bank that bridges traditional banking into
