iHerb - Sr. Product Manager

• Deep understanding of e-commerce personalization techniques, including collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, and hybrid recommendation systems. • Proven experience with generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) and their application in e-commerce or related fields. • Strong understanding of API integrations for AI services. • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SQL, or similar. • Expertise in A/B testing and multivariate experimentation to drive data-driven decision-making. • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and their application to recommendation systems and personalization. • Experience in defining and managing product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on business impact and customer value. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices, with the ability to contribute to design discussions and wireframing. • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. • Customer first mentality. • Preferred: • Preferred: • Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., Google Cloud AI or Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker or Bedrock, OpenAI Enterprise). • Experience with personalization platforms. • Generally requires seven (7) or more years of Product Ownership within an e-commerce or consumer software setting. • Bachelor’s Degree required.
