iHerb - Sr. Product Manager

• Proven track record of driving "move the needle" results in a B2C e-commerce or marketplace environment. • Expertise in A/B testing and multivariate experimentation to drive data-driven decision-making. • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SQL, or similar. • Comfort working with Engineers on APIs, tracking pixels, and data schemas to ensure clean attribution and event logging. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data in fast-moving, cross-functional teams. • Solid understanding of APIs, event-driven architectures, data flows, and system integrations. • Customer-first and outcomes-driven mindset. • Experience in defining and managing product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on business impact and customer value. • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices, with the ability to contribute to design discussions and wireframing. • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. • Preferred: • Preferred: • Direct experience optimizing international e-commerce funnels • Background in SEO-driven product growth or referral program management. • Experience supporting international or multi-brand e-commerce platforms. • Generally requires seven (7) or more years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience within a consumer software, e-commerce, or platform-focused environment. • Bachelor’s Degree required.
