Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Human Resources, Organization Psychology, or related field • Experience building teams in a high growth technology company • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and analyze data • Experience directly supporting senior leaders, influencing leaders to make better people decisions that improve performance and satisfaction • Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment. • Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position. • Please reference the job posting’s subtitle for where this position will be located. Responsibilities
• Define and drive the people strategy for your client groups based on team goals, business priorities, and talent needs • Lead regular talent density and org health audits, synthesize insights from engagement and attrition data, present themes and risks to senior leaders, and make effective recommendations that deliver results for the team, the business, and our customers • Lead headcount planning, modeling org changes and advising leaders on scope, levels, ratios, and role structures across functions • Coach managers on performance, feedback, team structure, and exits, including leading calibration cycles and advising on bottom-performer action plans • Partner with People Ops on comp analysis, banding, and equity refreshers, aligning outcomes to impact, internal equity, and retention risk • Design and lead rollouts for key People programs in partnership with the People Programs team • Translate People metrics into clear narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders • We are looking for someone who has: • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as an HRBP supporting senior leaders in a high-growth tech environment and prior experience in a generalist or People Ops capacity • A high level of both IQ and EQ • Hands-on operational experience facilitating people programs and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies • Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced and complex business environment
