Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties related to retirement plan operations • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems and spreadsheets • Work extensively with Microsoft Excel and Word for reports, tracking, and documentation • Assist in drafting retirement plan documents and support new business onboarding activities • Process benefit distributions for terminated employees in accordance with plan rules • Review information for accuracy and completeness • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files • Support team members with special projects as assigned • Communicate professionally with internal team members and external contacts as needed • Other duties as assigned.
