Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in actuarial modeling or insurance-related roles • Direct experience working with Universal Life insurance products • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and applicable statutory/regulatory standards • Proven ability to support client work in a non-client-facing capacity • Prior experience with AXIS implementations and ongoing model support • This role is considered Remote - with requirement to go ONSITE for the first week for orientation - This role is prefers for the East Coast • Applicants must be currently authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa now or in the future. • To be considered for this position, candidates must reside in one of the following U.S. states: CT, DE, FL, GA, MA, MD, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, VA, and Washington DC. • Candidates residing outside these states are not eligible for consideration currently.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AXIS modeling software and its calculation engine to develop and maintain actuarial models • Configure and support AXIS implementations, including system setup and customization • Perform model testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability • Analyze model outputs and resolve complex actuarial or technical issues • Support ongoing model updates and enhancements in alignment with business needs
