Third Space Therapy - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Requirements
• A Master’s degree in Social Work • A valid LCSW license in good standing in the state of New York • Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor • Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure • Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools • A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus • We're looking for therapists who bring • A solid grasp of mental health diagnoses • Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans • A collaborative spirit to work alongside associates in achieving their goals • Skill in conducting thorough supervision and mentoring
Responsibilities
• Oversee clinical work of Associate Therapists. • Provide supervision as they provide telehealth services to Medicaid community and accumulate the required licensure hours. • Tailor your supervisory role within a flexible structure, allowing for personalized scheduling based on lifestyle and professional goals. • Offer guidance and mentoring in developing Associate Therapists towards full licensure. • Familiarize with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines. • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools for telehealth services. • Maintain a quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup to conduct confidential virtual sessions.
