Requirements

• A-Levels or an equivalent qualification. • A genuine interest in technology and how things work. • Basic familiarity with computers and everyday software. • Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to solving problems. • Clear communication skills and confidence working with different people. • Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. • The confidence to ask questions and take feedback on board. • Experience with macOS, scripting, home technology projects, troubleshooting computers, or using AI tools would be helpful, but is not essential. • GSR is a global crypto trading and investment firm. We work with companies and institutions across the digital asset industry, helping them access markets, manage liquidity, and grow their businesses. • We have been operating in crypto for more than a decade and combine deep market experience with technology to support our clients and partners around the world.

Responsibilities

• Help colleagues resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues. • Set up and support laptops, user accounts, and workplace technology. • Assist with the cloud-based tools and software used across the business. • Support employee onboarding, device management, software updates, and routine maintenance. • Keep support tickets, equipment records, and technical guides accurate and up to date. • Explore how AI, scripting, and automation can improve everyday IT support.
