• We do not require any formal experience, certifications or degrees. Instead we are seeking individuals who can demonstrate impact in fast-moving environments. We do require: • Demonstrated experience owning or significantly contributing to onboarding programs at a fast-growing company, ideally with a global or multi-regional workforce. • Strong operational instincts - you enjoy building processes that scale, not just one-off experiences. • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail; you can manage multiple simultaneous new joiner cohorts without anything slipping. • Collaborative and empathetic communicator - you understand that great onboarding is as much about how people feel as what they know.
