Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in BizOps / Strategy & Operations, Program Management (GTM or Product), M&A Integration, Management Consulting, or similar hybrid strategic / operational role at a high-growth technology company • Cross-functional program management with proven ability to lead large-scale, complex initiatives spanning multiple departments and competing priorities • Cross-functional program management • Prior experience leading Quote to Cash (Q2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), or similar cross-functional enterprise initiatives • Prior experience leading Quote to Cash (Q2C), Procure to Pay (P2P) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to structure ambiguous problems, analyze data, and develop creative solutions using frameworks and first principles thinking • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and influence skills to synthesize complex information into clear insights and drive alignment across senior stakeholders without direct authority • Excellent communication and influence skills • Adaptability and execution excellence with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure and delivering results • Adaptability and execution excellence • Project management certification (PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) • This role will work out of our NYC office on a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
