Requirements
• Own the strategic accounts account planning and execution (ABM) • Act as the primary marketing partner to RVPs and AEs regarding strategic accounts. • Support and contribute to regional pipeline targets and align marketing efforts to revenue goals • Identify pipeline gaps and prescribe targeted marketing solutions • Support sales strategic accounts strategy (“ABM” accounts) by planning and executing initiatives designed to drive new pipeline, increase awareness, set meetings, and support conversion rates • Own sales marketing enablement: newsletter, ROI weekly update, field activations follow-ups and governance, and campaigns kick offs. • Develop and execute regionally focused, integrated campaigns across field, digital, partner, and SDR channels • Support regionally owned events - manage regional field event execution from beginning to end, including logistics, coordination with demand gen, list preparation, contractors/vendors, onsite execution, and post-event analysis. • Support messaging and activation to prioritize ICPs and use cases • Ensure strong pre- and post-event nurture strategies • Owns direct mail strategy and execution • Monitor funnel performance (MQL → S1 → Opp → Closed Won) • Identify conversion gaps and recommend optimization strategies • Collaborate with Demand Gen and ops teams • 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS • Strong understanding of pipeline metrics and revenue operations • Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership • Proven ability to execute integrated, cross-channel campaigns • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills • High ownership, bias toward action, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment • Hands-on experience working with Marketing Automation tools (Marketo) and SFDC • Not a must, but nice to have: Experience with drafting messaging and content writing
