Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering. • 7– 9 years of structural engineering experience in a consultancy environment. • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, FEM tools). • Strong foundation in engineering theory and its practical applications. • Familiarity with major structural design codes and standards (e.g., ACI, Eurocode, British Standards). • Experience preparing cost estimates, material take-offs, and project schedules. • Ability to produce detailed structural drawings, sketches, and technical reports. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities. • Highly organized with effective time and task management. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Commercial awareness and the ability to balance technical and business objectives. • Demonstrates ownership and accountability in all assigned work. • Capable of mentoring junior staff and guiding drafting/BIM teams. • Able to manage multiple tasks or project types concurrently. • Adaptable to changes in project scope, priorities, and client requirements. • Willingness to attend client meetings and represent the company professionally. • Let me know if you need a version formatted for a job board or internal job posting template.

Responsibilities
