We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/fluidstack/05c2e69c-42f9-4fcb-9cf0-a467aaf98f1c. • You've managed utility-scale solar, solar-plus-storage, or high-voltage substation construction from mobilization through commercial operation, and the projects you ran came in on schedule. • You coordinate civil, racking, PV, electrical, and BESS scopes simultaneously without losing track of where each trade is relative to the critical path. • You enforce safety hard: you've written and executed site safety plans, held subcontractors to them, and managed the documentation to prove it. • You catch long-lead equipment risks, SCADA integration gaps, and interconnection milestone conflicts before they surface as schedule hits. • You build and drive integrated schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project, and your reporting is specific enough that a project manager can act on it the same day they read it. • Bonus: Utility-scale BESS construction. Substation and gen-tie scope. Multi-site concurrent delivery. OSHA 30.
