Requirements
• Strong experience with C# and .NET Core. • Solid experience with Entity Framework / EF Core, including query analysis and optimization. • Strong knowledge of Angular, including modules, directives, dependency injection, and component communication. • Strong SQL fundamentals and ability to write and reason about SELECT queries. • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, AI-enabled IDEs). • Ability to reason about code quality, performance, and best practices, not just write code. • Comfortable discussing architecture and real-world trade-offs, especially in microservices contexts. • Advanced English for technical discussions with international teams. • Experience with platform or shared-services architectures. • Exposure to microservices and distributed systems. • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar). • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Background in enterprise or large-scale SaaS products. • Team & Environment: • Platform-focused engineering team supporting multiple product squads. • Strong emphasis on scalability, security, and shared infrastructure. • Engineers play a key role in enabling other teams through reusable services. • Collaborative, agile environment with high ownership and technical impact. • Team & Environment:
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using .NET / Angular technologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for new features and enhancements based on user feedback and business needs. • Design scalable, efficient solutions that meet performance goals while ensuring code quality through rigorous testing procedures. • Troubleshoot complex issues in existing systems or applications under development by analyzing logs, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing fixes to ensure system stability. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented source code that adheres to industry best practices for .NET / Angular frameworks. • Participate actively in team meetings and stand up discussions as needed by providing technical insights or clarifying requirements with stakeholders. • Monitor application performance using tools like New Relic, Datadog, etc., identify bottlenecks, optimize code for better efficiency, and implement necessary changes to improve overall system responsiveness. • Conduct regular security audits of the software applications by reviewing access controls, permissions, encryption protocols, authentication mechanisms, and other relevant areas as needed based on industry best practices or emerging threats. • Stay up-to-date with latest .NET / Angular technologies trends through attending conferences/seminars, reading technical blogs, participating in online forums, etc., to continuously improve skills and knowledge base while providing valuable insights during team discussions or presentations as needed. • Mentor junior developers by sharing expertise on best practices related to .NET / Angular development techniques such as code organization, architecture design patterns, dependency injection strategies, unit testing methodologies etc., based on individual needs of mentees and overall project requirements while providing constructive feedback for improvement in areas identified during one-on-one meetings or team discussions. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders (product owners/managers) by presenting technical solutions, explaining complex concepts using non-technical language as needed based on their level of understanding and project requirements while providing regular progress updates through status reports to ensure alignment between business goals and software development objectives throughout the lifecycle. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as QA/testing team members by reviewing test plans, discussing testing strategies for new features or enhancements based on user feedback and project requirements while providing timely bug fixes to ensure system stability before release deadlines are met without compromising quality standards. • Participate in code reviews with peers as needed during sprint planning meetings by sharing insights into coding practices, identifying potential areas for improvement or refactoring based on industry best practices and project requirements while providing constructive feedback to improve overall team performance throughout the development lifecycle without compromising individual contributions. • Particip
