Requirements

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Symfony applications for the company's internal systems as well as client projects. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment of development efforts with business objectives. • Lead a team of junior developers, providing guidance on best practices in coding standards, architecture design patterns, and performance optimization techniques within the Symfony framework. • Conduct code reviews for quality assurance purposes and provide constructive feedback to peers. • Troubleshoot complex issues that arise during development or deployment phases, working closely with other team members as needed. • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies within the Symfony ecosystem and integrate relevant tools into projects when appropriate. • Participate in code repository management by committing changes to version control systems like Git, ensuring proper documentation of all modifications made during development cycles. • Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project statuses, timelines, and potential roadblocks through various communication channels such as email, meetings, or collaboration platforms. • Attend internal training sessions on new Symfony features to enhance personal skill set and contribute knowledge back to the team when applicable.
