Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. • Experience with AI and ML technologies is preferred but not mandatory as the role focuses on frontend development which does not directly involve these areas. However, understanding of how AI can enhance customer experience could be beneficial given Cresta’s mission to integrate human intelligence with their platform for better insights into customer behavior. • Strong computer science background and familiarity with engineering best practices are required as the role involves technical ownership in a substantial part of the product, continuous improvement opportunities identification, upholding high standards among peers, understanding architectural patterns, frameworks, libraries, UI components, development environments, tools, deployment processes. • Experience working closely with customers and their requirements is essential to understand customer facing deliverables as well as analyzing technical tradeoffs for product improvements. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying opportunities for enhancements within the platform itself or new products based on Cresta's mission of revolutionizing workforce through AI integration into contact centers. • Experience with building rules-based screen capturing systems and supporting PII/PCI redaction is required to help provide detailed information about agent desktop activity, which aligns well with the role’s responsibilities in enhancing compliance processes by automating workflows related to auditing and analytics gathering for QA purposes. • Certifications are not explicitly stated as a requirement but having relevant certifications could be beneficial given Cresta's prestigious background, including co-founders from Stanford AI lab and CEO with experience in Google Contact Center AI and Vertex AI platform; however, this is more of an implied advantage rather than a stated necessity. • Must have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate within the Cresta product and engineering teams as well as maintain close contact with customers for their requirements analysis which directly impacts customer facing deliverables in line with enhancing compliance processes through automation systems built by this role.

Responsibilities

• Play a substantial role in the platform frontend engineering team. • Work with Cresta product and engineering teams, build and continuously improve the Cresta platform and new product requirements. • Stay closely with customers and their requirements, analyze the technical tradeoffs, own the customer facing deliverables. • Constantly identifies product improvement opportunities and generates product improvement ideas. • Demonstrate the engineering best practices in deliverables and daily work. Uphold others to the same high standards. • Technical ownership in a substantial part of the Cresta product and platform. • Enhance compliance and QA processes by building rules-based screen capturing systems to help provide detailed information about agent desktop activity. • Support PII/PCI redaction through trigger conditions based on detailed desktop and browser activity.
