Requirements
• o 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in healthcare SaaS, vertical software, or healthcare technology • o Demonstrated success leading multi-segment new business sales organizations (SMB through Enterprise) • o Proven track record scaling revenue in private equity-backed or high-growth environments • o Experience driving $20M+ annual bookings within a complex sales organization • o Enterprise sales leadership experience strongly preferred • o Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution orientation • o Deep expertise in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and sales operating cadence • o Strong financial acumen and understanding of deal economics • o Ability to operate autonomously and build structure without requiring heavy oversight • o Executive presence with strong communication and negotiation skills • o Data-driven leader with disciplined operating mindset • o Cultural leader who models accountability, positivity, and company-first mindset • WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE • o Consistent achievement and overachievement of new business revenue targets • o Predictable, scalable pipeline generation across specialties and segments • o Improved forecast accuracy and operating rigor • o Upgraded sales leadership bench and strong team engagement • o Strong cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success • o Clear path toward scaling Nextech’s revenue base from $230M toward $400M+
