Requirements

You can apply directly below or contact us if you’re still unsure. • 4+ years in a Platform Engineering, SRE, or DevOps role • 4+ years working with AWS in production environments • Experience with scalable cloud infrastructure and modern deployment strategies • Strong experience designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure within AWS. • Applied experience with Serverless architecture and designing event-driven systems, including working with services like EventBridge, SNS, SQS, and Kafka. • Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and identity management within AWS. • Proficiency with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CDK or CloudFormation. • Strong working knowledge of Docker and containerisation for building, running, and shipping containerised applications. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar) • Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, tracing, and alerting (e.g. CloudWatch, DataDog, Prometheus). • Ability to design and implement reliable and scalable deployment strategies for both infrastructure and applications • Experience with building internal tooling to improve developer experience and efficiency • A pragmatic mindset, with excellent communication and collaboration skills • Able to work within a highly-skilled engineering team in a fast-paced, iterative environment • Enthusiasm for our ways of working, which include: • Iterative development, continuous deployment, and automation-first approaches • Knowledge sharing, collaborative design, and mentoring • Have been involved with Data Warehouse technologies (e.g. Snowflake, DataBricks) • Have hands-on experience with container orchestration tools (e.g. ECS, Kubernetes) • Have a strong interest in health/fitness technologies
Responsibilities
