skydio - Program Manager, Commercial Programs

• PMP certification (Project Management Professional) required • 5+ years of experience as a customer-facing Program Manager or Professional Services PM delivering complex, multi-phase technology programs • Proven ability to manage large-scale implementations involving hardware, software, operational workflows, and regulatory/compliance elements • Strong experience developing SOPs, training programs, and operational documentation • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive presentations • Demonstrated success transitioning customers from vendor-managed to self-operated technology programs • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and manage multiple work-streams effectively • Obtaining FAA Part 107 certification within the first 60 days of employment is strongly encouraged for all Skydio employees and required for certain positions. • Experience with small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS), dock-based platforms, or remote operations • Background in aviation, physical security, or enterprise safety programs • Familiarity with FAA regulations (Part 107, Part 108, BVLOS) and Safety Management Systems (SMS) • Experience working with large retail, supply chain, or enterprise customers
