• 0–3 years of professional experience (including internships) in product design, UX design, UI design, interaction design, or a related field • A portfolio that shows your design process, UX/UI fundamentals, and ability to solve product problems • Working knowledge of Figma or similar design and prototyping tools • Interest in applying AI-assisted tools within the design workflow, such as exploration, prototyping, synthesis, documentation, and/or design iteration • Strong attention to detail in layout, interaction behavior, file organization, and design handoff • Ability to ask thoughtful questions, share work clearly, and explain design decisions with support and guidance • Willingness to work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and other designers • Curiosity about users, business workflows, and how software can make complex processes easier • Desired Characteristics • Intellectually curious • Collaborative • Detail-oriented • Thoughtful communicator • Open to feedback • Comfortable generating and letting go of ideas • Must be able to work standard business hours, with occasional schedule flexibility to support participant research sessions • Travel may be necessary, up to 20% of year • * We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas.
