Requirements
• Must be an AI-native and have an interest in AI generally • Broad and killer portfolio of work, with examples of tech or AI-led campaigns • ImageGen skills - using AI to generate high quality imagery (big bonus) • A passion for motivating fellow creatives, offering support, advice and guidance • Experience with digital marketing, understanding platforms, potentials and limitations • Ability to work within a team as well as with clients • A love for learning new things and exploring new mediums • Experience in Figma
Responsibilities
• Develop & craft brilliant, award winning ideas that capture attention and inspire our clients creatives • Deliver on-brand and on-brief work within budget and on time • Motivate and guide the wider creative team • Suggest best ways of working, and hustle for the best opportunities • Deliver and inspire innovative and high quality work across all deliverables from the team • Use experience and ideas to contribute to the development of our creative process • Work closely with the accounts team to ensure a smooth monthly production process • Be aware of and respond to current advertising and media trends and pop culture • Present work internally and externally to an excellent standard • Stay up-to-date with industry developments • Team collaboration: work with Creative Directors, Head(s) of Creative and other Lead and Senior Lead Creative Planners to foster a stimulating environment, resulting in the happiness, retention and quality output of creative. • Champion craft and pay close attention to even the smallest details • Participate in new business pitches • Help to grow our creative offering, making sure we’re taking advantage of the latest tech and most advanced approaches, as well as expanding into new platforms
