Responsibilities
• Raise the Bar in Experimentation by leading product experimentation using advanced statistical testing methods to deliver insights for quicker decisions. • Drive Product Strategy through Metrics by owning and evolving core product metrics across activation, engagement, retention, and monetisation. • Predict & Influence User Behaviour with causal and inferential thinking using models like uplift modelling to understand long-term user behavior drivers for growth and retention. • Elevate Analytical Excellence by setting standards in analytical methods, mentoring team members on data foundations such as dbt/instrumentation, and transforming raw data into influential narratives. • Champion a Product-First Mindset with an emphasis on the "so what?" filter to ensure complexity is added only when it sharpens decisions and iterating quickly based on real-world evidence against hypotheses.
