• 7+ years of professional front end development experience, with deep expertise of 3+ years in React (including state management, animations, and Webpack). • Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks; React Native experience is a plus. • Proven experience leading or architecting complex, interactive applications end-to-end. • Passion for design systems, performance optimization, and crafting exceptional user experiences. • Track record of mentoring engineers and improving team culture and process. • Collaborative mindset - you’re equally comfortable whiteboarding solutions or rolling up your sleeves to ship them. • Awareness of scalability and performance considerations across browsers and devices. • BS/BA in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). • What Will Set You Apart • You think beyond the code.
