Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for the commercial team: meetings with health system executives, internal syncs, and cross-functional working sessions • Manage conference and event logistics end-to-end, including registration, travel coordination, booth setup, and post-event follow-up • Maintain CRM data quality and pipeline hygiene, ensuring records are accurate, contacts are current, and deal stages reflect reality • Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and supporting materials for prospect and partner meetings • Support the creation and formatting of commercial materials (decks, proposals, one-pagers) as needed • Track action items from meetings and ensure follow-through across the team • Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve how the commercial team operates day-to-day • You Might Be a Great Fit If You • Have 1–3 years of professional experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative role, ideally at a startup or fast-paced professional environment • Are exceptionally organized and reliable. Nothing falls through the cracks • Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person • Are comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and standard business software • Take initiative. You see what needs to happen and do it without waiting to be asked • Are excited to learn how enterprise partnerships work at a high-growth healthcare AI company • Want to build a career in commercial operations, strategy, or healthcare technology • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. • The pay range for this role is between $100,000 and $120,000, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
