Requirements
• At least 10 years of industry experience as a software engineer. • Served as a technical lead for large projects (at least 6 months in length), including defining the roadmap for these projects. • Experience with modern frameworks and tooling such as TypeScript, React, Node.js is preferred or required. • Ability to identify key strategic technical initiatives that impact the entire engineering team and deliver significant value to the business. • Skill in designing, developing, and owning new product functionality and/or infrastructure using modern frameworks like React and TypeScript with a Node.js backend is necessary or desirable. • Capability to make effective tradeoffs considering business priorities, user experience, and sustainable technical foundation. • Experience in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new engineering teammates within the United Kingdom and/or Ireland would be beneficial but not mandatory as per job posting context.
