Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing or Administration • 3+ years winning hotel supply at an OTA/wholesaler or selling for a hotel group. • A contact book across top properties/owner groups—and the confidence to use it. • Proven track record closing multi-property or chain agreements. • Strong, simple communication; you handle objections and get to “yes.” • Fluent English + local language (see below). • Comfortable with frequent travel (to 40%) • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Leadership and team management experience. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Proficiency in sourcing and procurement software tools.
Responsibilities
• Identify and prioritize hotel groups and individual properties aligned with Nuitee’s demand and growth strategy • Actively prospect and engage hotel decision-makers (Revenue, Distribution, Commercial, GMs) • Pitch Nuitee’s value proposition clearly and confidently, tailored to each partner • Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations with hotels and chains • Close direct contracts and ensure clean, complete handover to internal teams • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and progress deals with urgency • Work closely with Connectivity and Ops teams to validate feasibility before signing • Accurately track deal activity, pipeline, and blockers in CRM tools • What Success Looks Like • New hotels and chains signed consistently and at pace • High-quality contracts aligned with Nuitee’s commercial and technical standards • Short sales cycles and fast progression from first contact to signature • Strong collaboration and clean handovers to Account Managers
