Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, content operations, or documentation support roles • Strong experience reviewing, editing, and maintaining professional documentation for technical audiences • Hands-on experience with documentation lifecycle management, including version control and content maintenance • Experience managing large sets of documentation or content libraries • Working knowledge of collaboration and content tools such as SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms • Strong attention to detail with the ability to enforce editorial standards and ensure content quality • Experience incorporating stakeholder feedback and working in cross-functional environments • Ability to work independently in a structured, process-driven environment • Prior experience supporting large enterprise technology environments • Familiarity with runbook-style documentation, SOP development, and knowledge base systems • Experience with tools such as Git, Markdown, or documentation publishing platforms • Exposure to content governance frameworks or documentation quality standards • Experience supporting cloud, platform, or technical product documentation • Familiarity with Power Platform or similar enterprise tools
Responsibilities
• In this role, you will support a large-scale content and documentation ecosystem by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and usability of existing materials. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to review, update, and maintain business and technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and knowledge base content. • You will be responsible for managing documentation lifecycle activities such as version control, content governance, and editorial quality enforcement. This includes incorporating stakeholder feedback, maintaining documentation standards, and ensuring materials remain aligned with evolving platform and process guidance. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a focus on maintaining high-quality content across a structured, enterprise-level environment. • Review, edit, and maintain existing technical and business documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency • Manage documentation lifecycle activities including versioning, updates, and content refresh cycles • Maintain and organize large documentation repositories, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with standards • Perform editorial reviews and enforce documentation style guides and quality standards • Triage incoming feedback, coordinate updates with stakeholders, and track items through completion • Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, program managers, and subject matter experts • Ensure documentation is accessible and usable for both technical and non-technical audiences • Support content governance practices and contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes

Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $90,000 – $95,000 USD per annum. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range. • $90,000 – $95,000 USD per annum.
