Requirements
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is industry preferred. • Professional Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Order Processing, SDR/BDR work or Inside Sales • Technical Proficiency: Required intermediate knowledge of Salesforce (opportunity management,and reporting). Experience with CPQ is highly preferred. • Contracting Tools: Hands-on experience with SalesForce /CPQ • SaaS Expertise: Familiarity with the "Land and Expand" revenue model and SaaS-specific billing cycles. • Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to identify and communicate workflow bottlenecks.
Responsibilities
• Inbound Response: Directly manages high-volume customer inquiries regarding expansion requests. Provides consultation on pricing and contract impacts, and generates executable orders. • Full Closing Accountability: Takes ownership of the "Closing" phase. This includes, generating order forms, obtaining signatures through docusign, and ensuring the executed order is successfully handed off to Finance for billing. • Expansion: Executes proactive "follow-up" strategies for customers with pending orders. Identifies and addresses or escalates commercial objections to ensure no expansion revenue is left on the table. • Revenue Integrity: Maintains contract accuracy and Salesforce data integrity for all specialist-led transactions, ensuring strict adherence to corporate guidelines. • Process Optimization: Monitors the expansion "funnel" and proactively identifies friction points in the customer journey, recommending workflow or system improvements to the sales managers to shorten the time-to-close.
