Requirements

Responsibilities

• Event Management: • Event Management: • Plan, coordinate, and execute ABBYY Ascend, 3rd party events, industry tradeshows, and webinars, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing objectives. • Manage all event logistics, vendor coordination, speaker coordination, platform setup, post-event follow-up and on-site/off-site support to ensure seamless execution. • Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with broader marketing objectives. • Track and analyze webinar performance to optimize future sessions. • Campaign Execution: • Campaign Execution: • Support end-to-end execution of integrated email campaigns, including creating internal campaign briefs, content creation and performance tracking. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-impact campaign assets that are compelling, on-brand, and tailored to the unique needs of the APAC audience. • Develop clear and concise campaign briefs for internal and external stakeholders. • Vendor & Invoice Management: • Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to agreed-upon terms. • Process invoices and ensure accurate tracking of marketing expenses, adhering to internal financial processes and timelines. • Work closely with the finance team to ensure budget alignment and resolve any invoicing discrepancies. • Performance Tracking & Reporting: • Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns and events, providing actionable insights to improve ROI. • Use data-driven approaches to optimize marketing efforts and achieve demand generation goals. • Collaboration: • Partner with cross-functional teams, including revenue, marketing operations, product marketing and external agencies to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
