Requirements
• Act as a main point of contact for candidates • Provide timely updates and maintain clear communication • Support a smooth and professional candidate journey • Recruitment Support • Assist with job postings and candidate tracking • Maintain internal documentation and hiring records • Support reporting on hiring progress • recruiting coordination / HR support / talent operations • Strong organisational and communication skills • Experience working with multiple stakeholders • Comfortable managing processes and follow-ups • Fluent English • Experience working with recruitment agencies • Experience in startup / fast-paced environments • Exposure to fintech / crypto / tech companies
Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Coordination • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders • Manage calendars and collect availability • Act as main point of contact for candidates • Ensure a smooth and professional hiring process • Agency & Pipeline Management • Coordinate work with external recruitment agencies • Track pipelines, candidate statuses, and feedback loops • Ensure alignment between agencies and internal team • HR Operations & Support • Support onboarding and basic compliance processes • Maintain HR documentation and hiring records • Assist with internal HR processes (e.g. time-off tracking) • Process Building • Help structure and improve hiring workflows • Support development of internal HR processes from scratch
