Requirements
• 8+ years of go-to-market, business development, management consulting or revenue operations experience. • Proven experience in FinTech, financial services, or B2B SaaS environments. • Track record of bringing products or solutions to market and scaling commercial outcomes. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling. • Expertise in customer segmentation, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning. • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. • MBA or advanced degree and/or equivalent experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar). • Payments, lending or fintech experience with a deep understanding of the financial services regulatory environment and compliance requirements. • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation tools, and revenue operations systems • Background in enterprise software sales or business development. • Typical Process • Typical Process • Application Submission • Recruiter phone call • Hiring manager video call • Virtual “Onsite” consisting of 3-4, 45 min Video Interviews
