Remote Mid NA Insurance Legal Community Manager Medical Records Reporting Case Management

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers • Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports • Monitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolution • Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting • Identify and fix operational bottleneck. • YOUR TEAM: LEGAL OPERATIONS • Legal Operations is responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for our law firm partners and their injured clients with precision, speed & care. At Finch, we’re building a team of the top 1% of legal operators with experience from law firms across America, and enabling them with next-generation technology to serve more clients, with more humanity. • YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU: • Have 2+ years in legal operations, case management, or claims handling • Are process-driven and detail-oriented • Communicate effectively with both clients and attorneys • Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments • Are bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred, not required) • Have experience handling personal injury cases in Illinois or Ohio
