Mercer Advisors - Community Analytics Manager
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 4-7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, consulting, marketing analytics, revenue operations, or a related discipline. • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities. • Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools. • Strong understanding of sales and marketing funnels, lead generation, conversion measurement, and performance optimization. • Experience working with CRM data and reporting environments (Salesforce preferred). • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. • Ability to synthesize large datasets into concise recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate analysis, reporting, insight generation, and workflow automation. • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects and competing priorities. • Financial services, wealth management, professional services, or B2B experience. • Experience supporting referral-driven, field-based, or distributed sales organizations. • Experience with SQL, Python, data modeling, or advanced analytical techniques. • Experience building forecasting models and business performance frameworks. • Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics, automation, and reporting workflows. • Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership teams. • What Success Looks Like
Responsibilities
• Become the trusted analytics lead for Community Marketing. • Build and maintain a standardized suite of Community dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools. • Establish a scalable Program Office reporting process that provides leadership with visibility into performance, priorities, and blockers. • Work Schedule: • This professional role requires availability during standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. At times, the role may have early or late hours to meet business tasks and deadlines for external and internal client needs. • All roles classified as a non-exempt are required to record working time into the timekeeping system daily at the start and end of each workday plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch period. • Working Conditions: • Working Conditions: • This position may be in a professional office environment or a dedicated home office workspace which is free of interruptions. Whether position is in a dedicated office space or home office workspace, basic technology needs will be provided to satisfy position requirements. Routinely sitting and standing for periods of time. This position is also eligible to earn incentive compensation through one of Mercer Advisors’ incentive compensation programs. • $95,000—$105,000 USD
