Requirements
• Extensive experience working within IT services, managed services, or senior infrastructure support environments • Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT systems and infrastructure solutions • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation • Experience supporting corporate, operational technology, and customer-facing environments • Demonstrated success delivering technical projects from planning through implementation • Infrastructure & Security Technologies • Microsoft Intune • Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms • Azure Virtual Machines • Remote Desktop Services (RDS) environments • Veeam Backup solutions • Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience • Automation & Continuous Improvement • Experience leveraging automation to improve operational efficiency • Exposure to REWST automation platforms is highly desirable • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) is advantageous • Ability to identify and implement process improvements across infrastructure and service delivery environments • Communication & Leadership • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement capabilities • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language • Experience mentoring technical teams and acting as a senior escalation resource • Personal Attributes • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to assess risk and make informed technical decisions • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
