Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in the IT fields - covering at least some of the assignments listed in this position • Genuine interest in IT processes & Knowledge management - and their practical application • process-oriented, methodic, and enjoy keeping things well-organized • enjoy being a facilitator, design solution in a collaborative manner • a doer, proactive, looking to have an impact on the team • Experience managing an ITSM platform and/or Project Management tool • Experience with System Integration Mapping • Interest in Automation and Generative AI • Certification (ITIL, Project Management) • ITSM : Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management… • Project Management : PMP, Prince 2… • #LI-Hybrid #LI-FR1 • What are you waiting for! • At Dataiku, you'll be part of a journey to shape the ever-evolving world of AI. Responsibilities
• Scope: Change Management, Incident Management, Project Management (PM) • Improve and strengthen our processes, following industry best practices/framework (eg: ITIL) and adapted to Dataiku’s context and ways of working • Lead the application on the field: be a support for teams involved in the process, act as a facilitator, organize periodic meeting, ensure the tools are well configured and easy-to-use • Configuration of the tools used to support the processes (ITSM, PM) • Continuous improvement based on your judgement and team’s feedback • Knowledge Management - define process, map responsibilities and tools to use • Knowledge Base - set and met objectives (eg: completeness, keep up-to-date) • System Integration Map - build and maintain a map of existing integration between Application and Systems • What success looks like • Fully onboarded members of the IT team (get to know the teams, the tools) • Working closely with IT Support and IT Operations, suggesting and implementing improvements in the processes • Review of our current Knowledge Base • Solidify our processes and be a mentor on Change/Incident/Project management • Onboarded in our tools management (ITSM, PM) • Help deliver visible improvement in our Knowledge base • Validate a plan to build the integration map • Leader and referent for IT processes - among all teams composing the IT function • Robust Knowledge Management process in place • Build and maintain an up-to-date version of the Integration Map
